Felicia Smith
Felicia Smith earned her NY Real Estate Salesperson license in 2008. Prior to earning her license she worked for a year and a half as a loan officer for a mortgage brokerage firm. While pursuing a career in real estate, she continued working part time as an academic tutor and mentor for adolescents attending New York City public schools.

Her growing interest for the fields of real estate and education, provided her the vision of pursuing a career in real estate education, in 2013 she became a NYS licensed Real Estate Instructor.

At present she is completing a Masters of Professional studies in Education at Hodges University, prior academic studies include earning a Bachelor of Arts in Women's Studies from CUNY Brooklyn College, and completing Associates level studies in Business Finance, and Marketing at St. Johns University.
