The 30-Hour Salesperson Remedial course is designed for currently licensed salespersons who completed the NY 45-hour salesperson licensing course prior to July 1, 2008, and are now seeking a NY broker’s license. In addition to this course, salespersons who wishes to become a broker must also complete a two-hour CE course on Fair Housing and/or implicit bias training, and the 75-hour broker course. The 32-Hour Broker Remedial course is designed for broker license applicants who successfully completed the 75-hour salesperson licensing course and the 45-hour broker licensing course prior to December 21, 2022. It contains 32 hours of supplemental content that is required for new broker applicants today to meet the state requirement of 152 hours. Topics range from broker supervision and structure, onboarding and training, investment analysis and risk management, and fair housing.
