The December 2019 closed median home price for Long Island, which includes Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens housing data, was $485,000 representing a 6% increase over last December.
Nassau County reported a $538,000 closed median home price in December representing an increase of 4.5% over $515,000 reported by MLSLI last year. Suffolk County reported a closed median price of $415,000, which represents a 10.1% increase over $376,800 reported a year ago. Queens reported a closed median home price of $615,000 representing an increase of less than 1% over $610,000 reported in December 2019.
The total number of available residential listings is 14,043, which represents a slight decline over last year.
